How long does the plan last?

The plan will continue until you decide to cancel.

What happens if I cancel?

You will retain all the content you provided us. However, the website remains with us.

Is the $100 per additional page a one-time fee or monthly?

The $100 fee per additional page is a one-time payment and not recurring. If you require two more pages, that would be $200, and you only pay that once, not monthly.

Are there refunds?

If we cannot deliver something you are 100% happy with and you no longer want to move forward, we will provide a full refund for any fees already paid. However, once we begin building the website and progress is made, there will be no refunds.

Does the $80 include everything?

Yes, it includes hosting, updates, support, and website design.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contract. The plan is on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel anytime.

How long does it take to build a website?

A website typically takes 2–3 weeks to complete. The timeline may vary depending on how quickly you provide the necessary content and images.

Do you provide SEO?

Yes, but only on-page SEO. SEO consists of two parts: on-page and off-page. On-page SEO includes factors like content, load times, accessibility, and site structure. Off-page SEO involves external factors like link building, guest posting, and citations, which we do not provide. However, our packages include key on-page SEO elements such as fast load times, accessibility, meta tags, sitemap generation, and some content optimization.

Do you offer website maintenance?

Yes! That's included with the plan, I provide website maintenance services to ensure your site stays up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly.

What if I'm not happy with my website?

You can cancel anytime, you only make a payment when you're completely satisfied and ready to launch your website.

What if I need additional features?

If you need extra features, we can discuss your requirements and provide a custom quote based on your needs.

Do I own my domain?

Yes! Your domain is yours to keep. You’ll need to purchase your own domain, and I’ll help you connect it to your website.

How can I request website updates?
